“ I ordered their Take & Bake Meatballs. They were a nice size and came with a good amount of sauce. The only thing is there weren't any heating instructions, but after phoning them, they suggested 15 minutes at 350°. They were delicious! ”

“ We went to Metro Pizza because my mother in law wanted to have something different when we were visiting. Seemed like a decent choice as it wasn't too far from her place. When we got there they were packed! Had a good 15 minute wait and spoke with a few regulars who told us about a few midweek specials that they loved. They've got a reasonably sized bar, and plenty of seating, as well as a to-go area for quick and easy Uber Eats/pickup orders. The pizza was really good. We ordered a large for 4 adults and almost didn't finish it. Tried their house made sangria and I actually enjoyed it. In the to-go/phone order area they've also got a selection Gelato, and I gave in and had a mix of the chocolate Gelato and raspberry sorbetto. (It's an amazing flavor combo btw). I would definitely go back again if in the area. Family seating was great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and we had a good time. ”

“ We are visiting Vegas. This place knows how to handle crowds. Even though the restaurant was busy, service was amazingly fast. We had an antipasto salad and then a Gotham pizza (combo). It was delicious. Music was low and even though it was crowded, overall volume of talk was low. We will definitely be back when we visit family again. ”

“ The restaurant was lively and inviting. The service was great, and the food was delicious. The Gotham Pizza was fantastic as well as their baked ziti. I wish their garlic knots were more garlicky though. On another note, my teenage daughter went to the bathroom and while she was washing her hands a male employee went walking out the door of the ladies restroom. This was very upsetting to her (and me) and when I talked to the manager I was told that they only had males available to clean the ladies room. They really need to put a sign up or something that says they're being cleaned so that no one can use them during those times. It took everything I had to just walk away and not find that guy and confront him. Nice environment, nice food, but I left very upset. ”

“ This is easily one of my favorite pizza spots in Vegas. Food always taste fresh and delicious. We started off with their delicious garlic knots. My daughter likes plan pepperoni. For the adults, we got the spring street (10/10) and the loop stuffed pizza. ”

“ This is more than anything a John Arena appreciation post. One of the best ever do it in Las Vegas, John has managed to produce are gonna be the top pizza in the city for decades now. We were lucky enough to get a special tasting today from John and Sam at this Green Valley location. It did not disappoint. Almost a year removed from another epic tasting last year at the Sky Pointe location, John delivered some of his classic pies, as well as a few newbies that included some fresh (and highly successful) attempts on the Chicago Tavern Style (the REAL Chicago pizza-IYKYK), which were insanely good. He hit a grand slam with all three, especially the Meatball, Roasted Pepper, Ricotta, Tomato Sauce tavern style and then second, which featured Pepperoncini, Marinated Feta, Tomato Sauce, Soppressata. The Triple Play with Thin Crust, Mozzarella, Tomato Sauce, Triple-Portion Chicago Sausage took me back home without having to Kung Fu battle family members for the tiny corner pieces we all covet. It's a lucky Sunday to have a world pizza champion take the wheel for an extensive tasting. Our city is blessed with so much great cuisine that it's easy to take such excellence for granted. John is a class act and arguably the best pizzaiolo in town. He truly is the OG of the Vegas pizza scene. Thank you, John Arena. You are one of a kind and the epitome of "good people." ”
